What INYOFiT collects
When you enquire, join a list or complete the required pre-booking questionnaire, INYOFiT may collect your name, age, contact details, booking choices and the health or movement information you choose to provide.
Why it is used
Contact and booking details are used to reply to you and organise services. Questionnaire information is used to assess whether and how a session can be delivered safely and adapted to you. Health information is used only with your explicit consent for that purpose.
Website analytics
INYOFiT uses a first-party, cookie-free analytics service on its own server to understand aggregate website use and improve the site. It records page views, referring website domains and broad device types. To estimate unique visitors and visits, the server briefly processes a network address and browser details in memory, converts them into rotating anonymous estimates, and discards the original details. It does not keep a visitor-level history or use third-party advertising analytics. Unique visitor and visit figures are estimates; shared networks or changing networks and browsers can affect them.
Aggregate daily counts are kept for up to 13 months. Routine web server access logs, used for security and troubleshooting, may separately contain IP addresses, requested page addresses and browser details; those logs are rotated after 14 days. You can turn off analytics for this browser using the “Privacy: analytics on” control at the bottom of any page. Your choice is saved only in this browser. INYOFiT also respects the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.
How it is handled
Website submissions are sent to INYOFiT and stored in the website’s protected form system so Rosa can respond and prepare for sessions. Access is limited to people who need it to deliver or administer the service. Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for those purposes or to meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information INYOFiT holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent for future use of health information. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use, but it may mean a session cannot safely go ahead.
