INYOFiT helps people build a more confident relationship with movement through stretch therapy, specialist massage, personal training, coaching and creative wellbeing work.
Balance. Perform. Thrive.
How INYOFiT Started
INYOFiT means "In You." It's a play on words — In You, the strength and recovery that's already inside you. And INYO (陰陽), the balance of push and rest, effort and ease.
Movement has been part of Rosa's life since around age four. She grew up across rhythmic gymnastics, flamenco, ballet, hip-hop and other dance, circus and ice skating — often practising more than one discipline at once, and frequently performing, competing or both.
After a period away from movement, she returned to it as a way of rebuilding herself and supporting her mental wellbeing. That return included Muay Thai at KO South London, where she competed in an interclub after roughly six months of training.
What Rosa teaches now grows from that lived relationship with movement as well as her formal qualifications. She continues to practise and apply the work to herself: losing the relationship, rebuilding it, and learning what helps a body feel like home again.
That's the whole philosophy: the work follows the person, not the other way around. She doesn't run you through a protocol. She listens to your body, your history, how you show up that day — and builds the session around you.
"We treat people, not protocols. Every session is tailored to the client's nervous system, recovery needs, and how they show up that day."
— Rosa
How a Session
Actually Works
No two sessions are the same. But the structure is always this.
Listen
What's going on? What hurts? What do you want to do that you can't? Rosa starts with your story, not your symptoms.
Assess
Movement screening, range checks and hands-on assessment help Rosa understand your priorities for the session.
Treat
Hands-on work — stretch therapy, massage, a blend, and dry cupping as an add-on where appropriate. Breath-led, never aggressive. You're a participant, not a patient.
Empower
You leave with a plan. Post-care exercises, movement homework, and clarity on what to do next. The goal is independence, not dependency.
Trained. Qualified. Real.
Rosa's core disciplines are backed by formal qualifications. Dry cupping is available only as an add-on where appropriate.
200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Hatha & Ashtanga, completed in Rishikesh, India (2019). Pilates qualified across Mat and Reformer, with teaching experience on both. CrossFit CF-L1 certified. Oncology massage training also informs Rosa’s approach to lymphatic-style techniques, including adapting the direction and pressure of treatment where normal lymphatic pathways may have been affected by surgery.
Rosa continues to develop her practice through ongoing professional learning, study and hands-on experience.
