Our online coaching includes everything from personalised 1-1 fitness sessions and tailored nutritional advice to comprehensive stretch therapy and recovery plans. Clients benefit from an initial consultation to assess fitness levels and set goals, followed by customised workout and meal plans that adapt to their changing needs and circumstances. Regular 15-20 minute check-ins ensure ongoing support and program adjustments, with follow-up exercises provided to reinforce progress and maintain momentum. Our holistic approach ensures each client receives the guidance and motivation needed to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Online Coaching Full Package
Includes weekly live Online training sessions varying from 30mins/50mins, weekly 15mins check in call to go over your adherence to exercise/nutrition guidance, and form correction where needed. Bespoke program tailored to your fitness needs. Minimum: 3months commitment.
Online Coaching Starter Pack
Includes: 1x PT session to establish a comprehensive fitness assessment and identify areas of improvement. Which will be the foundation for your training plan deliverables. 2x 15-30mins Video Calls per month where we will go over your adherence to exercise/nutrition guidance, and form correction where needed. Bespoke program tailored to your fitness needs. Minimum: 3months commitment.

Includes current Nutrition analysis and feedback to see where improvements can be made sustainably is part of the general nutritional advice. Detailed meals, supplements with measurements and time recommendations.
Recovery Session

Online: Focusing on flexibility and mobility with guided PNF exercises adjust like the ones found in Stretch therapy and sports massage treatment sessions. Including recommendations and home care routine.

Our comprehensive training strategy includes a current fitness assessment (45-60mins PT session) and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Which will be the foundation for your training plan deliverables.
