Meet Carmen

Carmen’s fitness journey began with rhythmic gymnastics in her youth and Muay Thai in her 20s. Throughout this time, she faced the challenges of hyper-mobility and intense training. These led to finding community and solace in her training, whilst connecting with international clients through her proficiency in Spanish, French, and English. Offering a holistic approach to coaching for women, non binary and disabled clients.

Carmen is a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga RYT 200 (Hatha and Ashtanga), and Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor. She is also trained in stretch therapy, various types of massage, incl. sports massage, has studied strength and conditioning, and female specific health.

Transitioning to online coaching, Carmen has successfully worked with diverse clients, including athletes and those with medical needs. With hundreds of positive reviews, she also teaches other manual therapists and conducts recovery workshops. Carmen is dedicated to empowering and educating her clients, helping them achieve balance and confidence through personalised fitness programs.

What doesn't kill you won't make you stronger!

There’s a belief: No pain no gain, whilst this can be true it also goes against our policies. Many of our clients live in pain, so we aim to reduce that by listening to you, we can determine specific pain thresholds and avoid keeping you at maintenance stage. The goal is progress, and it can be done with a little enthusiasm and a partner that keeps you accountable, ie: Your Trainer!
